Drive Flow Insight Co., Ltd. ("DriveFlow Insight", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, drivers, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect personal data you provide directly (such as name, email address, company name, and phone number when you submit a contact form or register for our platform), technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, and pages visited via cookies and similar technologies), and operational data generated through use of our platform (driver behaviour scores, health screening results, GPS waypoints, and vehicle inspection records).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to: provide and operate the DriveFlow Insight platform and its features; respond to enquiries and provide customer support; send transactional and service communications; improve platform performance and develop new features; comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and, with your consent, send promotional communications about products and updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processors), with your organisation's fleet administrators who have access rights under your subscription plan, and where required by Thai law or valid legal process. All third parties are contractually required to maintain data confidentiality and security.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our platform is developed under ISO/IEC 29110-4 standards. However, no system is completely immune to risk; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to operate correctly and analytics cookies (such as those set by Google Analytics) to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; however, some site functionality may be affected. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Thai data protection law and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data; to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent); to receive your data in a portable format; and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise these rights, contact us at drive4insight@gmail.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. Driving behaviour and health screening records are retained for a minimum of one year to support audit and compliance requirements. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify registered users by email or in-app notification. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
